Warning signs your drains need attention
Most drain emergencies start as small symptoms that get ignored. If you notice any of these, a quick cleaning now can prevent a basement backup later.
How we clear it
Every line is different. Your tech will recommend the right method after an inspection - here's what each one involves.
See exactly what's down there
A waterproof HD camera on a 200-ft cable travels through your line and records roots, grease build-up, bellies or cracked pipe. You watch live on our tablet and get a copy of the video by email.
Best for: Recurring clogs, home purchases, main-line backups. $189 standalone, free with main-line cleaning.
Fast relief for everyday clogs
A motorized cable with cutting heads sized to your pipe chews through hair, soap scum and paper blockages. Ideal for sinks, tubs, showers and toilets - most jobs take under an hour.
Best for: Single-fixture clogs. From $149.
Restore pipes to near-new condition
Water at up to 4,000 PSI scours the full diameter of the pipe, blasting away grease, scale and tree roots that snaking leaves behind. Safe for cast iron, clay and PVC when performed after a camera check.
Best for: Main sewer lines, restaurants, root intrusion. From $425.

Drain cleaning FAQ
We recommend against it. Caustic cleaners rarely clear a full blockage, can damage older cast-iron and PVC joints, and create a safety hazard for whoever opens the line next. A plunger or a call to us is safer.
For homes with mature trees near the sewer lateral - common in Lakewood and Rocky River - every 18-24 months is a good rule. Otherwise, only when symptoms appear.
We'll mark the exact location and depth with a locator, then give you repair options - from a single-section spot repair to full trenchless lining - with fixed prices.
