Our largest room, beneath the original 1912 skylight of the printworks. Hand-blown Murano pendants, a private bar and doors onto the ivy courtyard.

A single oak table for twelve, set among 6,000 bottles in our vaulted brick cellar. Julien Arnaud personally hosts each evening and pours from the library.
Includes sommelier-led tasting of four library wines before dinner.

Eight walnut stools facing the hearth. Chef Marchand cooks an extended twelve-course menu in front of you and explains every plate as it leaves the fire.
Saturdays only, one seating at 7pm. Full buyout or individual seats.

Salon Verrière books up three to six months ahead for weekends in spring and December. La Cave and the Comptoir can often be arranged within a few weeks.
Yes − corkage is $75 per bottle, and our sommelier will happily decant and pair your bottles within the menu.
A 30% deposit secures your date. It is fully refundable up to 30 days prior, and transferable to another date up to 14 days prior.
The entire restaurant accommodates 110 seated or 160 for a standing reception. Buyouts begin at $38,000.
